Welcome to the Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists website!

Whether you are a member of the public, an employer, a student or a Registrant of the ACCLXT, this site will provide you with the most up to date information about the regulation of the CLXT profession.

Our Registrants are a unique group of professionals that are trained to provide laboratory, cardiology and x-ray services. Their primary focus is in rural healthcare and are a vital part of the rural health landscape across the province of Alberta.

Revised ACCLXT By-Laws have been emailed to Registrants. Click here to view the document.


Important information regarding mandatory Continuing Competencies for Bill 21: Protecting Patients from Sexual Abuse and Sexual Misconduct has been emailed to all Active Registrants. Log into the Registrants page- Practice Resources which will take you to the Test and Quiz Center for more information. This competency must be completed by all Active registrants by January 31, 2020.
