About Us

Our registrants are a unique group of professionals that are trained to provide laboratory, cardiology and x-ray services. Their primary focus is in rural healthcare and are a vital part of the rural health landscape across the province of Alberta.

 

Mission Statement

To ensure that our registrants provide safe, ethical, and competent services to the public; through the exercise of the regulatory powers granted to the College in the Health Professions Act and the by-laws of the College.

We are now accepting nominations for ACCLXT Council members! Two Councillors will be elected during the general election in 2017. Visit the Council Elections page for more information and nomination package.
 
How can you make a difference? Become an ACCLXT Committee Member! Are you a new Nait Grad? Are you new to your career? Are you an experienced CLXT? Have you sat on a Committee in the past? ACCLXT is looking for Registrants to sit on either he Exam Committee or the Registration Committee. Visit the Committees page for more information and application.
 
The College office will be closed for the Holiday Season from December 23-28, 30-January 2 inclusive.
 
Save the Date! The 2017 ACCLXT Annual Educational Conference will be held on Friday April 21, 2017 at the Four Points Sheraton in Edmonton. More information coming soon!
